HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ?

To purchase a product and place an order on the Dcandley Online store, simply click the `Woman’ or `Young’ or ‘Accessories’ title on the Dcandley home page, then choose a product category under menu selected. Once the chosen category is selected ie. Woman, and `Long Dress,’ then choose the item you are interested in; view the product by clicking on the style name or picture. This will lead you to the individual product page to choose your product color and size. Once you have selected your color and size, add your item to the cart by clicking the violet button named `add to cart.’By adding your product to the cart, you will then have access to review your order and continue to checkout. To view your order, simply click the `Cart’ button on the top right hand side of the home page. This will display your items chosen for cart. You can then view the full cart or go to Checkout by clicking the violet button named `Checkout.’ Once at the Checkout page, you will need to fill in your contact, delivery and payment details to finalize your order. Once this is complete, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided with your product, payment and shipment details. Thank you for shopping at Dcandley Online Store!

 

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER ?

Once you have finalized your order by providing your contact, payment and delivery information; you will then receive an order confirmation email outlining the payment method. Orders will be process once payment has been received.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF MY ORDER ?

Yes. For all product orders made on the Dcandley Online Store, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of product purchased, contact information, delivery details and shipment method.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST ?

Dcandley Online Store provides FREE shipping on all orders from Rp 1,000,000. For all orders below Rp 1,000,000 Dcandley Online Store will charge a standard shipment fee from TIKI/JNE with average of Rp20,000 depending on where you live.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Dcandley Online Store shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution center processing time. Orders will be processed during normal business hours between Monday and Friday 09.00am – 5:00pm. Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DOES DCANDLEY ONLINE STORE HAVE GIFT CARDS ?

No. Dcandley Online Store does not provide or accept Dcandley gift cards.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE ?

All Dcandley Online Store promotional codes have a set number of digits. To use a promotional code, you must enter it into the checkout of your order. This code entered will automatically discount your order. Dcandley Online Store promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK ?

The Dcandley website will inform you via email. However occasionally an item could sell out within the minute you place your order. If you have ordered a Dcandley product that is out of stock, the Dcandley Online Customer Service team will notify you within 24 hours for a replacement, exchange option or refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?

Dcandley Online Store tracks all website orders with a shipment tracking number. The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you on your order confirmation email. If your item is lost in the mail, Dcandley Online will lodge a claim to the expedition. Please contact Dcandley Online Customer Service for further information.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

When you proceed to checkout to purchase a product, you are meet with a few options, existing members can login, and non existing members can either checkout as a guest or register when you checkout. Registering when you checkout will automatically set up a member account with Dcandley Online Store.

 

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD ON MY DICKIES INDONESIA ONLINE ACCOUNT ?

If you have forgotten your password, you can access your account information by clicking on the `My Account’ key on the top right hand side of the Dcandley website homepage.
